Perth + Family = Woohoo!
Before coming to Sydney, i had a lil bit of fun in Perth with my family, including my mama, uncle miin and aunty jenny. The whole purpose of the trip was to attend Yiing's graduation ceremony. Err and visit wineries haha. What good is the Goh family if there isn't any alcohol involved, right? Haha just kidding. There's just way too many pictures to post in a single entry, so i will have to split them into 3 i think haha. Mae, i want the pictures from yer camera!! Alrighty, lets get started.
When we first touched down in Perth, Yiing and Wei King greeted us, along with a little guy named Jack. Wei King's parents were there too cause they arrived slightly earlier than us. Yiing and Wei King were baby sitting Jack the night before cause his mum needed a night out. She's a pretty young mum. Think she's only Yiing's age. Or like a year older. We got to play with Jack while daddy and Yiing went to settle the car rental screw up. See, we booked 2 cars and the car rental company thought it was like a double booking (which most customers do, i guess?) and cancelled 1 without informing us before hand. However, unlike some other people, we DID want the 2 cars. The most retarded part was, they didnt have a spare car at the international airport, so we had to drive all the way to the domestic airport to get the car.
After Wei King and his family left the airport, i took over the baby sitters role. While Jack, Yiing, my uncle and i went to the domestiv airport, the rest of my family waited at the international airport for us. I tell you, this Jack is so cute! If his diaper didn't smell so much like pee i would squeeze him hehe. And no, Yiing and Wei King forgot to bring a spare diaper cos they left their house at 5am to meet us at the airport.Once the whole car ordeal was out of the way, we went to Yiing's apartment to rest as everyone could only check into the rented house at 1pm. I was so sleepy, i knocked myself out and skipped lunch haha! So damn tired i tell you.
Everyone was so tired that day so we had a barbeque and a home cooked meal for dinner.
Now lets get started with the convocation pictures, shall we? After like 22 years of studying, Yiing is now a degree holder in finance and management from Curtin University! I however, have 1.5 years to go. Mae ah, no need to say la hahahha. Have fun.

For the convocation, Yiing purchased 5 tickets for my family. And since there were 7 of us because my aunt and uncle decided to come, Mae and i decided to give our tickets to them and just stand behind. What we didn't know was that without a ticket, you are not even allowed to enter the uni grounds! So the whole time the organizers kept asking everyone to wear their tickets around their neck. Mae and i were like.... "how?" When everyone was queuing up to enter the sitting area, Mae and i had to go hide in the toilet cos there were tons of security guards checking for tickets all over the place. Then when everything settled down, we both sneaked out. I covered my chest with Yiing's bouquet and Mae walked beside me. As we were approaching the ceremony area, this guard kept looking at Mae and i! We were like, "oh crap.. nvm just chill." Luckily he walked away haha. So we stood there for 3 hours ok! Tired anot?The only enjoyable part of standing up was laughing at all the nerds going up the stage or the ocassional few who went "WOOHOOOO" when they went up the stage haha. Oh and also the fireworks at the end of the ceremony. Haha and not forgetting the funny named people too. Bad bad i know. But aiyah, don't tell me you wont laugh.
The next day, we met up with Leticia, Thomas (cousins), uncle Lip and aunty Cindy for lunch at Freemantle.
The ladies in the middle of the hall way of the house everyone stayed in. It was such a cosy little 3 room house. Perfect for a small family. Yiing really loves that house haha. Even was thinking of renting it when her lease ends. Very homey. If you're wondering what the heck i'm holding, it's Wei King's shoes haha. I forgot i was holding his shoes in most of the pictures. His shoes are so big. Can smack people with them. Damn heavy too hehe.

When we got there, there were no empty tables, except for this one, which didn't have an umbrella on it. We sat here for awhile, till we got another table next to it. Eventhough we probably sat there for 10 minutes only, it was so damn hot! Freagin' sun. The older ladies all chose to sit inside cos they didnt wanna be under the sun. So in the fun table, we have the kids and the 2 men: my dad and uncle lip hehe.

After the heavy lunch, we headed next door. Where? Little Creatures brewery babeh. Yumz.
The others went to the market to walk around. My dad and uncle Lip didn't wanna follow them, but they had to do the "honourable thing" in the end haha! But before that, of course they quickly had a beer with us first hehe. We couldn't get a table inside cos it was so full so had to settle for 1 under the sun. Bah, the heat was.. i don't even know how to describe it. Lets just say yer beer turns warm in 10 minutes.
After chilling around we were suppose to meet the oldies at the market. On the way there, we walked passed the park and once we were under the shade, nobody wanted to budge haha. So we made the adults meet us in the park instead hehe. Too hot under the sun.

Few days later, we drove down south to Margeret River. Where the heavenly wineries are. We rented this cottage styled house and boy was it lovely! Eventhough it was pretty small, the usage of space and interior was really nice and it really felt like home.

My hair was flying all over the place like a mad woman, to a point where i believe i can pass as medussa. If you don't stand firmly on the ground, it's so hard to take a picture haha. Cause your hands will be swaying all over. Madness.

After leaving the lighthouse, we drove to a beach nearby to relax. There, we met Annie and Johnny i think. Can't remember their names hehe. We just started talking to this couple there. They said bout an hour ago, there was a big group of sting rays and people were feeding them with their bare hands at the beach. Would you dare to do it? Haha i'm a chicken so i won't. What if you feed them then you ter-touch their tail how? Die la! Like Steve Irwin. Freaky weh.

Every night, we have drinking sessions! Mummy, who usually doesn't drink at all even joined in the fun haha. She used to be allergic to alcohol but decided to have a go at the wine cos we were all enjoying so much hehe. We even bought sambuca and bailey shots hehe. Fun fun!

Ok so i didn't blog for quite long. Well those who know me well enough know that i do not go online when i'm in kl hehe. Well i would've like to back home, but for some reason the internet is like blardy slow! Is it my house only or do you guys feel the same way? And when i say slow, i mean sloooow. I can't even upload pictures onto facebook kinda slow.
I miss home so much now. Miss my AIR CON, car and big big bed. Now i'm back to the shit hole with no air con and a single bed. Boohoo. Lousy.
